Happy Friday, All! Kathy Jo here sharing a fun to make Thank you card using one of the lovely Thank you stamps from Quietfire's Thank you, Set of 4
and Amazing Paper Grace's newly released die set, Arched Elegance Pocket
This is such a pretty die set! I like versatility of the set as it looks good with non patterned card stock and beautiful patterned papers, such as a floral. Oh- try cutting metallic paper...love it! For this card I wanted to try something different for me. I have never used denim on a card so I pulled out a small piece. Next I picked the Thank You stamp- it compliments the die cut so well. It was stamped in Versamark and heat embossed with white embossing powder. It really pops against the denim:
On the base of the white tent fold card was a piece of wood grain patterned paper that was mounted on navy blue cardstock. Wrapped vertically was white wrinkle ribbon. The same ribbon was used on the big bow. A couple of flowers and three pearls later and the card was complete:
The card looks so clean and fresh. It will be a great card to give a hostess at a summer party or BBQ.
