Live in the Moment tag...and a Giveaway!

Happy Monday, All!  Kathy Jo here to share a tag using the beautiful Quietfire stamp "Live in the Moment":
Live in the Moment
Such a lovely sentiment and it is so true!  The sentiment makes me think about the current weather here in Nova Scotia and how I will definitely try to take advantage of every moment in the upcoming spring.  With spring on my mind, I picked some cheerful Graphic 45 paper and applied to a tag.  Next I adhered a bundle of flowers and ribbon.  A key with gem was added.
Tim Holtz Distress Markers in Worn Lipstick and Peeled Paint were applied to the stamp.  The sentiment was stamped onto ivory card stock and then fussy cut as shown.  It was elevated on the tag using two layers of foam dots.

Here is another look at the entire tag:
To celebrate the upcoming spring, I am doing a giveaway on my blog.  One lucky commenter/follower will win the lovely "Live in the Moment" stamp!  Leave some love here and hop on over to my blog for more details.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a great day!
Hugs,
Kathy Jo

OH, I wholeheartedlly agree with this sentiment. It was definitely brought home to my family over this past several months. And I think we did it. After months of illness and caring, we put my husband to rest on Saturday. I always look for stamps like this and recently bought one that works for our cards we are using: How lucky am I to have something that makes saying good-bye so hard. the above would be just as fitting!

Lovely sentiment on a lovely tag. The Worn Lipstick and Peeled Paint combination are definitely the right touch of Spring to highlight those words.

What a lovely tag, just right for Spring. I love the sentiment, something we should always keep in mind when we are dragged along the current of daily life.
