Just A Note with New Quietfire Design Dies

I'm so excited to share with you a card I made with the new Quietfire Design dies!  There's just not enough happy snail mail nowadays - and imagine how happy the recipient would be to receive a card just because!

The first step to making the card above is to make a small envelope.  I dusted off my Memory Keepers envelope maker and made a tiny envelope out of some lined vellum.  Cut a square of 4" x 4" and score at 1 3/4" using the envelope maker.

To make the butterfly spray, I water colored a rainbow spray.  After running the die over the colored paper, I left the butterflies on the acrylic plate.

I used Press 'N Seal to keep the butterflies in place and added glue to the butterflies while still on the Press 'N Seal.

I flipped it over and added them exactly where I wanted them.  This is the easiest and fastest way I found to keep the butterflies in order of the rainbow.

Such beautiful cheer coming out!

I hope you like it and make one to send to a friend.  I mixed and matched the word dies to form the "Just A Note" sentiment.
