"Something Wicked this way comes" Halloween card

Kathy Jo here sharing a card that is perfect for a Halloween friend.  The focus of the card is the cool calligraphy stamp, "Something wicked" from the Something Wicked 2018 stamp set:

It is an awesome set of stamps from the wicked tree to the wicked cat to Something Wicked quote.  

The stamps can easily combine with Halloween-y type papers, layered simply and hocus pocus!  A cool and creepy Halloween card is completed.  That is exactly what I did with this card: 

1. Create a top fold card using black card stock.
2. Cut and mat wood grain paper to card base.
3. Die cut fish net die from gold card stock and mount to card front.  (I just happened to have this in my scrap paper bin and decided to use it.  What would have also worked was a coordinating piece of patterned paper torn and the top and bottom and then adhered to the front.)
4. Cut two squares of patterned paper- ensuring one is light colored.  
5. Stamp quote onto light colored paper using black archival ink. 
6. Mount patterned paper and ribbon on the card front.
7. Decorate inside as desired.

It was easy peasy to make and I really like the results.  I hope you do, too!
