With Every Leaf Tag

Hey Quietfire Fans! For today's project I'm thrilled to be sharing with you my With Every Leaf Tag. I combined a variety of dies, stamps and Modern Gilding Powder, which were all perfect for creating this autumn tag. You'll want to grab a cup of your favourite beverage and learn how to recreate my With Every Leaf Tag at home.

To start, you'll need a kraft tag that measures 3" x 6 1/4". Apply Emboss It Ink to the Dotted Harlequin Background stamp and stamp at the top of the tag. Reapply ink to the stamp and stamp on the remaining portion of the tag. Sprinkle Kells Gold Modern Gilding Powder over the entire surface of the tag. Tap off the excess powder and emboss with a heat tool. Distress the edges of the tag. Ink the edges of the tag using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Die cut the Peace on Earth die out of white cardstock. Cut the Peace on Earth die cut in half. Using a blending tool with foam, blend Walnut Stain Distress Ink over the entire surface of the loopy area of the die cut.

Die cut the Flourished Oval Frame out of white cardstock. Using a blending tool with foam, blend Walnut Stain Distress Ink over the entire surface of the frame.

Die cut a 2 1/2" Stitched Oval out of a piece of cream cardstock. Apply Emboss It Ink to the With Every Leaf quote from the Leaves stamp set and stamp in the middle of the oval. Sprinkle Copper Scroll Modern Gilding Powder over the stamped quote. Tap off the excess powder and emboss wit a heat tool. Distress the edges of the oval. Ink the edges of the oval using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Apply Emboss It Ink to whichever leaves you'd like from the Leaves Stamp Set and stamp onto a piece of watercolour cardstock. You'll need a total of seven leaves. Reapply Ink to the leaf stamps as needed. Sprinkle either Kells Gold or Copper Scroll Modern Gilding Powder over the stamped leaves. Tap off the excess powder and emboss with a heat tool. Using your favourite colouring medium, colour in the leaves. Fussy cut all seven leaves out. Ink the edges of all the leaves using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Adhere the Peace on Earth loopy piece to the top right hand side of the stitched oval. Adhere the flourished oval overtop of the stitched oval.

Foam square the flourished oval frame to the middle of the tag.

Use adhesive and foam squares to adhere the seven leaves as desired around the quote.

To finish the tag, tie a piece of twine at the top of the tag to create a bow.

Here are a few closeup shots of the finished tag.

Here is the finished With Every Leaf Tag.
