I am the Family Face Wall Hanging

Hey Quietfire Fans! For today's project I'm sharing with you my I am the Family Face Wall Hanging. I combined a variety of dies, stamps and Modern Gilding Powder, which were all perfect for creating this wall hanging. You'll want to grab a cup of your favourite beverage and learn how to recreate my I am the Family Face wall hanging at home.

To start, die cut a 3" Stitched Indented Rectangle out of a piece of cream cardstock. Apply Emboss It Ink to the I am the Family Face stamp set and stamp on the 3" rectangle. Sprinkle Copper Scroll Modern Gilding Powder over the stamped image. Tap off the excess powder and emboss with a heat tool.

From the Tea stamp set, you'll need the tea cup ring. Apply Walnut Stain Distress Ink to the stamp and stamp randomly on the rectangle five times. Clean the stamp. Apply Vintage Photo Distress Ink to the same stamp and stamp randomly on the rectangle five times, making sure some intertwine with the previously stamped ones. Distress the edges of the rectangle. Ink the edges of the rectangle using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Die cut a 4" Fitted Indented Rectangle out of a piece of kraft cardstock. Apply Emboss It Ink to the Grid Background stamp and stamp onto the rectangle piece. Reapply ink to the stamp and stamp again on the rectangle until the entire rectangle is covered in grid. Sprinkle Kells Gold Modern Gilding Powder over the entire surface of the rectangle. Tap off the excess powder and emboss with a heat tool. Distress the edges of the rectangle. Ink the edges of the rectangle using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Die cut the Flourished Frame out of a piece of vellum.

Die cut a 3 1/2" Stitched Indented Rectangle out of a piece of book page. Distress the edges of the rectangle. Ink the edges of the rectangle using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Die cut a  3 1/4" Fitted Indented Rectangle out of a piece of kraft cardstock.

Adhere the flourished frame to the 4" rectangle.

Foam square the 3 1/2" rectangle to the middle of the 4" rectangle. Adhere the 3 1/4" rectangle to the 3 1/2" rectangle.

Add black photo corners to all four corners of the 3" rectangle. Foam square the 3" rectangle to the middle of the 3 1/4" rectangle.

Punch two holes at the top of the wall hanging. Tie a piece of twine through both holes to create the hanging part for your wall hanging.

Here are a few closeup photos of the finished wall hanging.
