Blog Hop!!! Sometimes Said Pooh & Scrapbook Adhesives EZ Runner

Welcome to our blog hop with Scrapbook Adhesives, makers of quality and creative adhesives! It's Wendy here today.

I am stuck in a world of creative stickiness here.   Thanks for taking the time to take a peek at "our" project today!  I say "our" because I used this project to have creative time with the kids so the real creative part was done by kiddos.

Here is our project....

We started by cutting a rather large tag with the Silhouette Cameo.

The kiddos picked a great stamp from Quietfire Designs Sometimes Said Pooh.  I stamped the sentiment and heat embossed the ink.  The kiddos applied 3D Foam Stars by Scrapbook Adhesives randomly throughout  the tag.  We have four colors of  glitter ready to go once we pull the protective backing from the stars.

WOW!!  What shimmer!!

While kids glittered, I cut a few border from the Spellbinders Parisian Accents Set .  Using Scrapbook Adhesives 4 x 6 Adhesive Sheets, I took the protective cover off of the adhesive, laid the edge of my border on the edge of the adhesive.

Just like that, I have adhesive on my border!!

With my second border die cut, I tried the E-Z Runner and they aren't kidding.  E-Z.  The adhesive strips are really small, so you can finally get a bit of adhesive right where you want it, just the right amount.  You know what I mean??

The project is coming together. We added the tag to the background card stock.  I ran a few stitches with the sewing machine.  The kids wanted real lace, so we sewed some of that on too.

Finished project!

This is where is will stay in my office, reminding me of that fun day with the  kiddos!!
