This is a beautiful card, and what a kind and thoughtful gesture on your part to give it away. My daughter in law Cara has just been diagnosed with breast cancer, this past week. It came as quite a blow as the CT scan of her lump falsely showed it to be only a cyst, but testing proved otherwise. We are waiting for the results of genetic testing which will determine whether or not she will have to have a double mastectomy, along with the already for sure radiation and chemo. Cara is 29 years old, and their 2 children are 8 and 6 years old. This card would be a lovely gesture to cheer her on in her beginning stages of her journey towards healing and health.
