You Can Do Anything Tag

Hey Quietfire Fans! With so much going on in the world these days, I thought it would be the perfect time to create a tag with a positive affirmation. So for today's project I'm sharing with you my You Can Do Anything Tag. By combining a variety of stamps, dies and the Modern Gilding Powders, they were all perfect for creating my tag. You'll want to grab a cup of your favourite beverage and learn how to recreate my You Can Do Anything Tag at home.

To start, you'll need 2 3/8" x 4 3/4" tag. Blend Seedless Preserves, Picked Raspberry and Tattered Rose Distress Oxide Ink over the entire surface of the tag using a blending tool with foam. Spritz the tag with water. Dry the tag.

Apply Emboss It Ink to the Grid Background stamp and stamp at the top of the tag. Reapply ink to the stamp and stamp the bottom portion of the tag. Sprinkle Forever Platinum Modern Gilding Powder over the stamped image. Tap off the excess powder and emboss with a heat tool.

Apply Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide Ink to the coffee cup ring stamp from the Tea & Thee stamp set and stamp five times as desired on the tag. Apply Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink to the coffee cup ring stamp again and stamp four times as desired on the tag. Dry the ink with a heat tool. Distress the edges of the tag. Ink the edges of the tag using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Die cut a 2 1/4" Stitched Circle. Using a blending tool with foam, blend Tattered Rose Distress Ink on the circle. Spritz the circle with water. Dry the circle. Apply Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide Ink to the coffee cup ring stamp from the Tea & Thee stamp set and stamp three times as desired on the circle. Apply Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink to the coffee cup ring stamp again and stamp two times as desired on the circle. Dry the ink with a heat tool.

Apply Emboss It Ink to the You Can Do Anything stamp and stamp in the middle of the circle. Sprinkle Copper Scroll Modern Gilding Powder over the stamped sentiment. Tap off the excess powder and emboss with a heat tool. Distress the edges of the circle. Ink the edges of the circle using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Die cut the ornament from the Love Joy & Peace Christmas Ornament Die out of white cardstock. Apply Emboss It Ink to the entire surface of the ornament. Sprinkle Tyrian Purple Modern Gilding Powder over the entire surface of the ornament. Tap off the excess powder and emboss with a heat tool.

From the Flourished Frame die, die cut the scroll twice out of white cardstock. Cut one of the scrolls in half.

Adhere the full scroll to the middle of the tag. The top of the scroll will sit 1/8" from the bottom of the reinforcement circle. Adhere the half scroll 5/8" from the bottom and in the middle of the tag.

Adhere the circle to the ornament die cut.

Foam square the circle to the middle of the tag. It will sit overtop of the where the two scrolls meet.

Die cut three small butterflies from the Butterfly Flourish out of white cardstock. On two of the butterflies, cut the tails off. Shape the butterflies and adhere as desired around the ornament as desired.

To finish off the tag, tie a piece of twine through the top of the tag.

Here are a few closeup photos of the finished tag.
