I used Copic Markers to color in the moon and the stars and airbrushed the center die cut with blue and added foam square to pop it up off the center.
I created a baby rattle using Spellbinders newest Media Mixage line of products call the Circle Bezel Hat Pin, added a few beads and there you have it, a hand made rattle with an adorable paper photo inside. That is an adorable card Terre! Question: Is that polka dot paper a cardstock, and wraps around the back, or is it a really cool paper? I love the colour scheme of those dots :)
