Introducing the New Quietfire Metal Dies

It's so exciting to finally have these.  I've been planning this for a long time and it's amazing to finally see it happen!

For all those who'd rather have a real die than a cutting file, we now have the start of the  Quietfire Metal Dies line.  We hope you love them as much as we do!  I just can't stop playing with them.  Please note that Believe and Hello are both available as digital cutting files.  The links are in the product descriptions on our website.

These dies are wafer thin steel dies, made in the USA, and can be used in most table top die cutting machines.
Sandwich Recipes:
For the Grand Calibur: use the same sandwich as for Spellbinders dies.
For the Cheery Lynn Crossover: use pressure setting at approximately #4.

Only a few members of the Quietfire Design Team have received the new dies in the mail, but we wanted to share what we've done so far!

Here is Yogi's first creation - you can see the rest of this fabulous card, including the inside on her blog here.

Kathy Jo has been burning the midnight oil with the new Quietfire dies! She'll be posting these designs on her blog over the next few days.
She started with a guy card...

Then she moved on to practical and pretty....  (wait till she gets this on her blog, then you can see the inside!)

then Kathy Jo moved on to just plain pretty (and golden!).

I've been having so much fun!  Here is what I've done so far.  You can see and read more details (like which patterned paper I used, as well as complete instructions) on my blog here.
Flying pigs. I know you believe.

The direct link to blog post with these cards is here.

I had a little inlay fun!  Normally a calligrapher would fill in all these counterspaces with paint, but now you can do it with paper! You can read more here.

And here is Believe combined with a Quietfire rubber stamp. See the details here.

I hope you've enjoyed our little introduction. Please visit the designers' blogs to see lots more!  The design team will be posting even more creations over the next few days.  I'll share their post on the Quietfire Facebook Page and I've started a new Pinterest Board for the dies as well.
Happy creating!
Thanks for visiting!  Suzanne
