Garden Delights!
Good morning! Sherry here today and I have a card to share with you using Garden Delights and Graphic 45’s Secret Garden. I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of all the cold snowy weather and I’m looking forward to Spring.
Since I needed to add a little spring time color into the studio, I dug out my old Secret Garden 8x8 Pad, and went to work. The card is 5.5 square, with a background layer of matching cardstock. The Secret Garden paper was trimmed down, distress, sponged with Antique Linen Distress Ink and sewn to the background layer. A matching cream border was added using the new Spellbinders A2 Scalloped Borders 2, which was slipped under the top piece of designer paper.
The flower was made from a coordinating piece of the 8x8 pad, using Spellbinders Bitty Blossoms and Foliage.
The sentiment from Garden Delights was stamped in Olive on cream cardstock then die cut/embossed with Spellbinders Ovals. While the paper was still in the die, the edges were sponged with Antique Linen.
The ribbon was dyed with Antique Linen as well.
That’s all for me, except to say thanks for stopping by and joining me today!

What an awesome card! What a pleasure to view all the detail with my morning coffee. Maybe spring really is coming - I believe.
I can just about hear the twitter of birds looking at your beautiful Spring card!
