I had lots of fun making this card and it always seems like that when i get out my Tim Holtz inks and a stencil you can't help but have fun being crafty. (Keep reading for a quick tutorial)
So to make this card you will need a piece of white card stock, Versamark ink, clear embossing powder, sponge applicator and the Dottie Stencil. Place the stencil over the paper and tape if needed. Then you can you a sponge applicator and sponge each of the dots with ink. Add clear embossing powder over the top of all the inked dots and then using a heat tool -heat the product until glossy like you see below.
To add color you can take your pads and gently add a rainbow effect with them on the mat and then spritz the mat with water. Take your paper with the embossed dots and dip it into the color until you get the effect that you want. You can even spritz the paper to make it blend more.
When the paper is dry....Trim around it to the edges of the dots and then mat with light pink and then coral colored card stock to finish. To make the title cut the Celebrate die 2X with red card stock and white. Cut a strip of vellum that is slightly bigger than the words and center it over the dots and secure it on the back of the card with adhesive. Glue on the word Celebrate with a thin glue pen.
Cut a white card base slightly bigger than the coral paper and glue to the base.
After i finished i added a bit more spray but wasn't really happy with it. I think i should have kept it a bit more brighter but it gives me a reason to try it again. That's the best part of this.

In addition, you have my creative juices running, Teresa! Since I've commented on a previous post of the blog hop that I love rainbow colors, I can see using the Versamark dots with a variety of colored embossing powders. What a quick and fun card. Thanks for the inspiration!
